OUR CLASSES

It has been proven that our  bodies require a range of movements to increase fitness and make everyday activities a pleasure. For this reason, all of our sessions are a mix of wonderful things.  We keep it fresh by incorporating a great variety of current fitness modalities such as;  bosu balls, resista-balls, resista-bands, kettlebells, curiciut training, steps, free weights and kickboxing. Even our yoga classes are a beautiful blend of beginner yoga, Hatha, meditative, power and hot yoga.

​FULL BODY WORKOUT

(HIIT -high intensity interval training)

An enhanced exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise intermixed with resistance training to get the heart rate high and burn calories.

YOGA

The ancient practice of yoga moves through a series of physical postures stretches and breathing techniques to create harmony and balance for individual health and wellbeing.
